Your vehicle is most likely the second largest investment you’re likely to make. Preserve it’s value and your
safety by having it repaired by professionals.
Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages.
You are not required by law to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal.
Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your vehicle repaired. You can
do this, or you can leave your vehicle with us and ask that the insurance company inspect it at our shop.
Your insurance company cannot insist that you take your vehicle to a particular shop. It is your vehicle and your choice
as to where you get the repairs completed.
Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may be missing some necessary work.
Ask the shop to explain the estimate they have given you and why there are differences from another estimate you have
received.
Choose a shop that has unibody repair equipment and certified technicians (by I-Car or ASE, for example).
Ask if the shop offers a repair warranty and how long the warranty is for.
Let us help you negotiate your claim with the insurance company.
