Sarkis Collision Centre
A Brief History
Out of the ashes rises the phoenix . . .
From the smouldering ruins of Sarkis Collision, nearly destroyed by fire in May of 1998, emerged the largest business
of its type in Miramichi and surrounding area.
With two paint booths left and only partial coverage by insurance, Rose May Sarkis and her two sons, Allain and Adam,
began construction of a new state of the art facility.
This facility would not only look after the previous shop's capability, but also permit expansion to allow additional
after-market services such as under-coating, rust protection, detailing, installation of accenting moulding with co-ordinating
paint, mud flap installation and final coat paint finish.
Disappointment and tragedy were not new to the Sarkis family...
Sarkis Collision began in December of 1975
when Nazih opened a small shop on the C. I. Road. His commitment to excellence won respect and admiration with his customers
and colleagues alike. Business grew rapidly, requiring a move to a new location and several additions to that facility. Two
technicians grew to six at the time of his death.
